In 1999, he received his medical degree from the University of Ottawa. The next three years were spent in the Foot and Ankle Fellowship training from the University of Pittsburg, Vancouver, and the Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship in Edinburg. In 2010, he received his Master’s Degree in Education. He did his residency in the University of Ottawa, where he continued participating as Professor and Program Director for the Department of Orthopedics and to date works as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the Ottawa Hospital.
